Maikel began his training in the field of personal development in California. His training focused on Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and ream interpretation. Since then, he has spoken to over 72,000 business people in 45 states, plus Puerto Rico. He has sold personal development coaching for Zig Ziglar, Denis Waitley, and Ken Blanchard. He has coached over 1,500 people from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, Tanzania, South Africa, and Saudi Arabia in personal development, online business development, and the entrepreneur's mindset. He has trained scores of coaches in the art and science of coaching. He has also trained actors and directed musical theater productions at the Grand Theater in Salt Lake City and done voice-over work.
